Pumpkin Patch

Yesterday the four of us went to check out a new pumpkin patch. Last year’s was literally on a street corner. This patch was larger, with a hay ride, but I still miss the pumpkin patch we used to go to in California. That had a stage for a band, a train ride, a corn maze, and TONS of pumpkins and other types of gourds. There have got to be some pumpkin patches like that here in Ohio! We’re in farm country, after all!

Anyway, I was excited to see a hay bale spider, just like last year’s patch had. I tried to re-create our “scared of the spider” picture from last year, but Miles was having none of it.

He WAS willing to try to re-create the ghost’s pose though!

Miles took this photo of us before the hayride got under way.

Found our jack-o-lantern pumpkin! Hugs all around!

We each picked a gourd to bring home. After much thought, Julian selected this one.
